Service 5/5Lucia sofa-bed 1/5The service provide by Oak Furniture Superstore has been very good - my review is only related to the specific product that I bought which is not good. If there were an option on the website to just review that sofa then I would do that! However it is worth noting that the customer service team have been helpful and proactive!But - the Lucia sofa bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on! The front of the seat cushions is just wood! I can't understand who would have designed something like that, so you have a piece of wood digging into your legs when you sit down. The back is very upright and firm, so you cant lounge back in it at all. We only bought the sofa less than a year ago, but will now be buying a new one as we just cant face sitting in this one anymore! It does look very nice though - so if you are buying a sofa for a room that wont have every day use, then I think it would work OK for that occasion.

The measure of a business is how they respond when things go wrong. To this end the company have acted promptly and professionally to resolve the issue. It is a shame that this took a poor review to instigate but this is one of the consequences of staff working from home and fractured lines of communication. So well done Oak Furniture Superstore (Vish took ownership as is his job - thank you) but get those staff back into the office! Also apologies for spelling Marble incorrectly - can’t blame the pandemic for that. One star left off review because of the chasing up I had to do.

Bought the Simone Grey 3 Door Wardrobe and arrived it less than a week. Fantastic product, strong, sturdy and looks amazing in my daughters bedroom. Great value for money, extremely easy to assemble, slight paint work chip/dent to the side but nothing that can’t be sorted. Overall fantastic service and beautiful wardrobes, will definitely highly recommend.

Hello, I ordered from them sofa and dining table with bench and two chair. Never again! I experienced such a treble customers service and the furnitures are no better than cheaper branded one. The furnitures were left outside in the rain - the package needed up wet - apparently they must be returned in original package. The company makes the return process impossible, they didn't reply to messages or what app messages, or even phone calls!. I wanted to return all of the items a because they looked very cheap and poor quality, I could get better and cheaper one from any other shop, like Ikea or Argos !!! The return itself is ridiculously expensive! The parts from the chair - screws -were missing - now the chairs are wobbly. They did not bother to reply for email and provide the missing screws. I would attached the picture of those "wonderful" furniture if It was allowed. I ended up keeping them as I just gave up!! I will never order form that company and would discourage anyone from doing so!Reply received from Oak Furniture;Sadly the company did not received any picture from me as they did no provide any phone number to use Whatsapp - they claimed they only use Whatsapp for pictures. The parcel was left outside in the rain, yes u did provide door service - but how could I return items in original package if boxes got wet outside!! the policy is just ridiculous ! The member of staff who rang - claiming to "offer me various options to resolve issue" the same staff who claimed "now its too late to act on the order" - I do not expect any of the staff to act on it anymore. I gave customer service time to act on it months ago - you were blocking me and ignoring messages. Now I'm just warning potential customers!!You are bullies, with lots of excuses. I even doubt if those reviews you got are genuine. You advertise products which are not real. I thought I was buying a Chesterfield sofa but to my surprise you sold me fake leather which is a shame. To solve this am offering you your fake sofa back for free in other words you do not have refund me anything.

Great service, my order arrived a little later than expected but I was kept informed. When the dining set arrived I was over the moon with it, ( once we got it up the stairs!!! It’s very very heavy!! ) fantastic quality, stylish and comfortable.

Extremely pleased with our table and chair set. It looks lovely. It was delivered within the time quoted and to the room of our choice and erected by the delivery men. The chairs were left boxed and did require putting together which did leave us with a lot of packing material to dispose of.The table and chairs are lovely quality. I am always hesitant buying such a large item online without actually seeing it but would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent is the only word to describe Quality, price and delivery
